why is he so weak? he had already been a 4th circle for years at that age in his first life (maybe even 5th) and now with his knowledge, cheat powers, and a noble family backing him he cant even make it past 3rd (if you want to make the point he only took over the body at 8, in his first life he didnt learn magic at birth either he remember living on the street before learning magic and og 2nd body had also learned magic before he took over) seems like the writer fucked up the setting to make a good story and is debuffing the mc to not make him to op she should have lowered the age limit for the school instead

that sounds like one of those 'work only in theory' ideas that ignore human nature, and suspiciously vague on any details how that 'dream' could be implemented on a large scale. for one, any change would need to be locally implemented in the communities to give them ownership of it – no amount of 'helpfully' interfering with people just doing their jobs advances that change.
