Rain now said he met a YOUNG MAGE, never stated it was Rain’s dad. They just had the same power. Now, how would they have the same power? Because it was a bloodline magic or smth.

The stealing power is great but it will make him rely on it. Where are you going to find the 7th tier mage and copy his magic when their don’t exist right now. Once you take the easy path, you aren’t going through the hard path again. Oh well, his goal can change afterall. He may not became 7th tier mage but he will became someone with all kind of magic. Most mc that can create original magic are too OP anyways so this is a good handicap.
Are you sure her will? He reached 5-star. He already has a vast knowledge in magic. I mean it’s okay if he’ll rely on it to HELP him attain his original position. But I don’t think he’ll rely on copying magic entirely.
