If you’re wondering why he hasn’t leveled up yet it’s because he’s a dragon tamer. His dragons age and level up a lot different and because of this he does as well. Though his level is lower his strength etc can’t be measured perfectly.
The exp probably share among his dragon so he only getting 1/4 exp because he have 3 dragon and he gonna have the 4 dragon which mean he gonna get less exp like 1/5
He didn’t grind exp, he’s just notmally mobbing and exploring hence the reason why his Dragon leveled up only a few. His main reason there is to get a new Dragon and power up is a bonus.
