Not all of his items are legendary, there are some rare skill books and epic grades he’s using and all True Dragons are just legendary from the start unlike the sub-species and the author also said that the past version of Lu Fan who don’t have a Dragon System that is also very OP with just using a Sub-species and Dragon Spellcaster Hidden Class to the point that he can reset time using Dragon Language and help his past self obtain the Dragons hence the reason why he detect the locations of Dragon eggs now.
