Something just came to me. That guy with the dark power can’t project it, its touch range. So he had to be right there when he hit her with his powers. So again, why didn’t they kidnap her then. I’m wondering if this whole thing was actually staged, and she was trying to draw out to use his powers.
If everyone remembers, his plan is to reach lvl 10, and he doesn’t want her with him because if she tags along the agro he draws from higher level monsters will kill her quickly. This is one of those ‘I must sacrifice what I want for your good’ things.
Nah, he ain’t ready is because he’s still in newbie level mode, since his ability doesn’t help in fights. If he looked after her so early in the game, she’ll just become a weakness for him, so he has to temporarily leave her with a his hyung-nim group and he can concentrate on leveling his own strengths and decrease his distractions in case he can help them and his friends in need.
We haven’t seen his stats in awhile but I feel like he should be much stronger. He may be one of the only awakened that’s leveling up but he might not be using his points
Im kinda glad that author didnt make mc op, for now at least. Because his skill is development type, he need time to grow. So it would be weird if mc is too strong early on.

Points are for the shop only – that unlocks at level 10. You don’t get stat points when leveling.
