I don’t know what to think about the MC… He litteraly shrekt the strongest knight of the empire, but he’s still a coward. I mean ok, a whole empire force is a bit too much to fight against, but man he could atleast be the cunning type and not a goody-two-shoes. It makes no sens that he fought a whole ass garison of soldiers, plus the strongest knight known accross the empire but is still scared of a crappy noble and a mayor.
I don’t know why authors find it so hard to create a righteous and chivalrous MC without sticking to them the image of a goofy/slow witted not even funny clown. They try to give them the image of everyday people thrown into a pile of shit, with a bunch of op powers, but it doesn’tt work with a f’ing MC who litteraly GREW in a pile of shit after he already lived a shitty first life.
He doesn’t even stand his ground nore have some strong demeanor. I just have the feeling of following the story of an eternaly bullied dude, which happen to be extra strong but forgets about it and remembers once every blue moon…
