My guy those people have a high concentration of metas if they become vassals that would be more varied powers and more powers overall while spending less
The condition is that the enemy needs to reside in the outpost for one hour if that happens the outpost will get destroyed but the vampires have citizen ship so, I don’t think it will get destroyed…
