Summary
The God of Ad-Lib Manhwa
For some time now, Lee Tae-gyu, a thirty-year-old unemployed man, has been living a lethargic life, unable to feel the full range of emotions.
Struggling to escape his meaningless daily routine, he happens to meet a mysterious old man who grants him the power of the dokgaebibul—a ghostly flame that allows him to “copy” the emotions of others.
While testing this ability, he becomes entangled with drama writer Kwak In-ho, and that encounter sends Tae-gyu’s life in an unexpected direction.
And so, he finds himself standing at the threshold of a new path—becoming an actor.

i have read all the chp available. Its not simp or romance focused. So its not a slop. Emotions are well used. Art is good as well. Overall readable, and enjoyable. If you want to read something similar. i have a recommendation: I Was Mistaken as a Monstrous Genius Actor
( i read this one in manhwa, and then shifted to novel when manhwa was paused. Seriously slow updates ngl. )
The story is basically the MC getting a cheat, which allows him to experience the script he receives, and afterward by living through that script himself, he can embody the character much better. Of course, without any talent as an actor, it would be impossible. So mc also has a talent for being an actor.
The story is like, a slice of life. Growth type, as mc grows up, becomes better, and reaches higher, slowly. ( so it’s not fast-paced )
There will also be people around him (So it is a warm-hearted type of story )
Till 100 chp, you get various hints of girls being interested in him, but the romantic part of the novel is very slow-paced, which is good. So it will take its time and slowly fall in place. ( Compared to garbage Chinese Pokemon catcher lmao )
mc character is good and kind ( which I dislike, as in many places the author tried it highlighting over and over, I don’t mind a good guy, but why plaster it on my face again and again? Do not worry, it’s a very minor issue, and maybe not even an issue for you all, afterall the reasoning is pretty clear, but well we all have our own preference for a novel )

This is really good. It is basically drama. But the MC’s abilities are fantasy based. A super power to read and record people’s emotions is fantasy.
