Why didnt he just say to his dad about his medical knowledge? It would have been so easy to plan out his future medical path and help others if he just explain to his dad about what his problem was.
because he would have to tell him where he learned it and the emperor would see through the lie, and possibly realize the protagonist is not his son. also, to tell his dad about the lifespan situation the system would be revealed.
except if that was the case than the king would already have found out with all the strange things he been doing. He could easily just say he studied about that stuff in the library, or learned over time since the person closest to him for most of his life was a doctor.
No the only reason he doesnt say anything, is plot, its the author just wanting things to go a certain way and prevents things from going another way.
Saying that after his near death moment and losing some memory (which is already well known to everyone), he started to see things and learn things from a floating menu and gained knowledge from a god… that is not that crazy in this sort of world and since he is literally capable enough to PROVE it, there would be little to no issue telling the king.
