dragon is most likely related to them or atleast the authority of death. Its breath has a perm death attribute so im thinking that the dragon might be some sort of ancient being that they used to pray or atleast a descendant of it.
Also one thing i hate is how much this changed from the chapter 1 prologue. He was supposed to be a dragon lord but he never obtained that profession? Maybe he gets it in the future but chapter 0 said he got it right after controlling the dragon.
Think you misunderstood that. It said the dragon would grow stronger, slowly, and become a level 999 Abyss Lord. He’s claims to have been some kind of tamer in order to explain having the boss dragon, because he gained the ability to seal it away. I think the dragon has the most potential and the other bosses he gains will just start out stronger. Not only was Athos so overwhelming, but there’s hidden stories involved in his dungeon. Those servants were legitimately loyal and knew some history about him. The other dragons and people of the world were like “A black dragon?! We can’t let it grow! It dies now!” Then, it regained a personality and continued to bestow gifts on him and now this. The boss he’s possessing now isn’t really getting any importance. The importance is more on the setup, with running the demon world and the guardians.
yeah exactly being the “world devourer” or something like that, which is why the elves tried hard to eliminate it because they fear for its power and the danger it poses to them so they banned the MC from the dragon place, knowing he has the black dragon.
