Dracula as a proper word means son of Dracul, and while in more modern times we would translate Dracul to devil (like what most stories of vampires do) it also translates to dragon and the Romanian Dracul comes from the Latin word drago.
So ya if you were to say he is the son of dragons you could just call him dracula
