the art just keeps getting worst

I liked this manhwa before Mc left for the info building, and it's been going downhill ever since. And don't get me started about the art style.

It's explained in the first part of chapter 6. Since female leads Dad is super OP, nothing is really happening in the present that would really contend with his rule. Others though, don't quite like the female lead as the future leader, so they are trying to remove her from the picture.
But the current arc is that MC is trying to find some shadow organization who's making these plans and take them out.
As of now the current steps he has taken are…
1. find the best info source which was that black market building run by the Sa clan lady who also happens to be then female leads maid.
2. Mc easily gets the other half of the info from the lady which updates his memory on where to go next. Hence why he takes over the investigation from her.
3. Mc heads to the area and tries to find the true main mastermind (since the other guy growing weed is just a dealer it seems) but the female lead blows his cover and thus alerts the main people.
4. the main people (in this chapter) try to escape but the female lead tries to right her wrong by crashing the place with her status.
5. We are at the present.
hope this helps with summarizing the current events. I do agree, the pacing is quite bad.
