If memory serves the Demon Emperor is lvl 99. It’s impossible for anyone except humans to reach lvl 100 and even then if they do reach that level they can’t stay on the planet.
When Lin Moyu first met him it displayed “level 100”. Well, at least that’s what he (the Earth Dragon) has shown him. Also as we already know his name is Antares. 🙂
