The story is becoming repetitive, the major arcs do not hold meaning since there are no tough battles for Mc he keeps one shotting and everything seems to easy, I was hooked at first but the system hasn’t changed, we haven’t seen the threat of exotic beasts truly, they are just mentioned but the story is within human society mostly, it’s basically now just like slice of life with MC being the strongest at any setting, instead of actual having good writing as it had at the beginning, I want to see MC face a real challenge not just one shot, and not in the dreamscape only, in real world, he is progressing too fast in power
To people who think mc has bad personality just know he is being influenced by whatever happen in the dream which subconsciously putting him on edge all the time. What’s more he is not the worst of mc at all. Once you have read enough mc, you know this mc are nothing bad.
Now, I’ll put aside all the other bad mc who is much worst than him and only use the worst I know where the mc not only arrogant but weak yet act like he own the world. The worst part is that mc keep getting clap and only won by plot armor. So compare our mc with these other kind of bad mc, he’s actually an ok mc.

I like op stories as much as the next guy buy the problem is that he’s pretty much just being an asshole and killing everyone else’s hopes and dreams. There’s no sense of humility in my opinion but there isn’t any consequence for that way of thinking. He’s just strong and that’s just pretty much it.
I think you didnt read the mahua properly because the dude has literally said that absorbing more martial arts make him lean more to the aggressive side more than once. He even said it makes him more accustomed to solve problems with violence than normal. Ive read alot of manhua and mc isnt even bad. Compared to the mcs that wait till last second to fight back and wait 10s of chapters just to do anything he is much better and doesnt tolerate bs.
