Surprisingly, double and even triple gravity is not nearly as intense as this series is suggesting. Most people of average fitness could perform fine in double gravity, only experiencing issues after around an hour. It would be like wearing weights equal to your own body mass, spread across the body. It’s really not a huge amount. Your heart would be working hard, but it would be like doing high intensity exercise the entire time: humanly possible.
For 3x gravity, fighter pilots are trained to withstand that force for minutes on end. It’s still humanly possible, but takes some serious fitness.
In a world with a power system like this, 3x should be the baseline level for characters of this caliber.
Since the characters dont have trouble breathing i can tell you that under 2 times gravitional force the Air preswure will ne like 5 times which is massive
