It means it’s a shit translation… This just my assumption but I’m guessing the translation was trying to say you have a 30/70 or a 20/80 shot at living? Like a ratio of life n death instead of percentage of them so basically saying 30% or 20% chance of recovery… The open I think was a typo but as always with Chinese translations ya gotta be “open” to reinterpretation with an “open” mind xD
