    Doesn't really make them loyal from's been said. But the penalty if he fires them is they lose all stats and skills gained since they became his subordinate. It's not without cost for him either though, since the leadership he spent recruiting them can never be recovered. Not a huge penalty for him at the moment, since leadership otherwise seems to be worthless as a stat, but he could run out eventually.

       Oh it will make them loyal.
       The entire Japanese government will eventually turn into a cult who worships him. He had to personally intervene just because they got so fanatic about their devotion to him, the government officers are dying from overwork because he said to "fix Japan".
       Same with China. And other countries.
       Later on, someone with the same ability will appear. From another world. But she will pretend to be American and infiltrate the US Government. Same deal, subordinate as many people as possible.

    I'm sure the rest of them can handle the normal orcs, but the orc shaman is probably going to be mostly a solo act it seems. Although wtf has Lucia been doing during all this? She's comparable strength to the MC. I am curious how much stronger the MC has gotten since the Imugi raid, since his power level seems weirdly inflated. He hasn't gotten any good skills since the one from the Imugi raid, and he wasn't that amazing the first time the Japanese tried to assassinate him, but he seems to have gotten a lot stronger by the final assassination attempt. Is it mostly just raw stats?

    The second series I've seen completely rewrite reality and make everyone look totally different and unrecognizable without explanation. My mom is my constellation did it too. In theory, a new art style is acceptable even if it's uncomfortable and immersion breaking, but hopefully this one is better about explaining who people are when they're reintroduced.

    – anyone who submit themselves under MC's leadership gets an invisible passive trait (they don't know they have it) that makes them ABOLUTELY LOYAL to MC.

    After 40 chapters, I'm done. Aside from the badly drawn fight scenes, MC's personality wasn't very likable either, very bland, and it got worse the more I read. He also messed with the guild members who tried to trick him into joining them and he almost died from it, well deserved I must say. He is unbelievably naive at times that it truly frustrates me.

    Not sure if his ability was explained in previous chapters but being his subordinate has a passive/hidden effect of making the person loyal to him. That's why he didn't hesitate to take seemingly random (from other people's POV) hunters to his group.
