i do understand the Mc’s plot but an MC who is not able to kill even if the comrade is dying. I was expecting that the MC would snap and then a surge of anger will bursts as his sworn brother got injured
There is so much lacking on how the author portray the trauma and the drama from the previous turmoil. I get it, the author wanted an mc who got traumatized. But every ready see that it was only mc fault why all this happen, specifically the hero complex mc have and the lack of preparation from the last battle. As in remembering that even the vagrant cultivator from that murim alliance headquarters siege got more grit and bravery than mc.
Just saying mc resolve and his will got nerfed, just so the author can push for this dramatic traumatized mc.
