I’ll try to summarize: There was a very greedy, evil and lustful man who faked his identity as well as murdered his parents and brother to become the lord of a noble house. He then proceeded to be a greedy pig, toying with women, killing anyone involved, even those who trust him. Old Wildie took him as a sacrifice as he needed a “sinner full of greed” as one of the ingredients.
Afterwards, he burned the entire mansion, including the innocent women. I’m not quite sure what he says because of the poor translation, but it’s either one of the following:
1. He burned them to attract soul eating creatures to use as sacrifices.
2. He burned them to achieve 1. and help guide their pained souls. (Unlikely, as he was speaking of a time when the sun existed).
