Well I’m sure the pied piper is commanding monsters on the ground. I don’t think he’s the one in charge, the piper didn’t speed up the attack but he’ll be there. He gives me more lovecraftian underling vibes then dark lord vibes. The real big bad is probably the king of water world or whoever the broken statues from the fountain represent
