It doesn’t makes sense at all, he was training for years, so he’s supposed to have a good physical condition and should know how to fight, but how was he having a hard time against a goblin, that should be weaker than a regular adult…, he has a suit as a relic alright, even if it gives him something like 1% more strength and defense, it’s already a buff, why would he take off the suit to use a stick, why try using an weapon when you know you can’t, you have fists, legs, use it, he is even getting beaten up in school, to someone who isn’t using a weapon, he could fight back, there’s no need to be so useless
