when someone Dies they lose BOTH tradeable and Non Trade able ((Non Tradeable is REAL life Life span while Tradeable is a Buffer/Currency how ever if you die you get Penalized by losing a Good amount of TLS so that becomes like money that drops off enemies BUT you did die so your Real Life time limit Shrinks instead of you just staying Dead))
