Bla bla bla trash light novels shouldn’t read this how dare you ungrateful trash you don’t have a say on this where you only read at a free site you done even pay a single penny but you have the guts you piece of walking trash go watch tutorials on how to produce a manhua yourself and produce it make your own.
In the novel, it’s clear and very detailed with a lot of aura farming scenes which is now being cut off in the manhua adaptation. I think his stats are so OP bacause of his talent amplification but it really does not matter now that laws are being introduced. My thoughts is that, those crazy boost in stats are just a way for him to reach that 10M minimum stat to reach the strongest super god level amongst the 3 ways antares mentioned. So you might consider reading the novel a lot changes during this chapter. There’s no such thing as Thanatos Scythe and his skills and summoned skeleton has randomly fused with other skills and summons which isn’t suppose to happen now. Those little skeleton liches wasn’t introduced as well, they just integrated it to the summoned skeletons. I kanda disappointed because in the future, those liches are one of fhe heaven defying summons he could have had but I guess not in this manhua adaption
Thanatos Scythe does not exist in the Novel. The boss monsters don’t become his summons. He does get a skill to revive the dead, but it works differently.
He never struggled against those Soul Devourers like he did in the Manhua.
His Lich Summon is a separate Skill and NOT fused with the Undead General like in the Manhua. In the Novel they are supposed to be cute little summons (depending on the material used to summon them) and later when getting stronger they are really big and fearful. (Guess we won’t go this path in the Manhua…)
Almost all skill fusions are different in the Novel. Bone Prison is a separate skill and not a fusion of bone chain and decay curse as they are two different types of skills.
Most fusion type stuff happens later on in the Novel and is not made by the system. Actually the system has only like 5 appearances in the whole Novel.
His Amplification Talent scales exactly with his level, every 10 levels it increases by 10x (so by level 90 it reaches 100x amplification). It might seem op at first but with the introduction of laws (right now) it gets massively nerfed so it’s not as big of a thing as people might think. Additionally the stats rise almost exponentially in the higher levels so the amplifications impact is not that big. While in the Manhua they stopped at like 10x Amplification. …
Yeah, that’s mostly covers it… The MC also got introduced to the concept of ‘skill space’ and actively trying to sense and find it during his skill awakenings. This can still be introduced in the future, but I think it will be rushed. Also MC needs to burn like 1000 of skill scroll just to awaken one new skill, letting him sense the skill space, where here it’s just 1 scroll – 1 skill. Also he can’t just detonate the blood of the Poisen God. He did it with the elemental lich. Since the blood is too hight tear and the lich became instable and self-destructed, causing the big poisen explosion. This tactic is used quite a bit, so this will be left out in the future as well…

Can someone summarize the most important differences between the manhua and the novel so I don’t have to read it all?

That’s what came to my mind so far.
