She is right though, many people fail to consider that, a demon king, is still merely a king on top of everything, being a leader is a lot of work, especially considering that, in animes, a demon king will rule on power, but, in reality, it wouldn’t work like that, that would be the quickest way to get overthrown, unless you posess power far greater than all your underlings combined.
And, even then, they would never work properly under someone they do not respect.
So, you need to have them respect you, which means taking care of them, and handling everything on your own, or with the few trusted people that can handle share of the workload alongside you.
A real hassle indeed.
