Summary
Dao of the Bizarre Immortal Manhua
High school student Li Huowang possesses an ability: whenever he closes his eyes, he enters a bizarre cultivation world. In that strange world, he is captured by someone who calls him “Master” and is made into a living medicine—a human cauldron that could be turned into a pill at any moment.

I've read the novel. The author made the story like a blend between reality and alice in wonderland, close to the end it will be revealed that both worlds are real and this is a new type of Isekai where the MC is not in solely a world but bounced back and forth making him think that he's crazy… the mental warfare with himself is pretty brutal…

From the 31 chapters I've seen so far, it's good and definetly hooked me so far, although a warning is that a decent part of the start (or for me only) is fairly fast paced and sometimes may be hard to understand

I wonder what the actual recipe of the pills are since the pill recipes the master dude has is gibberish bullshit told by someone who is also illiterate. Maybe something else other than humans could be used as the pills regents instead since it could be that the pills refine the true qi and vitality of living things, perhaps it doesn't even have to be human and it could be anything else living and ideally creatures rich in qi. Since, I'm pretty sure, refining a bunch of homeless people and impoverished farmers who have very little True Qi or any ounce of cultivation talent would be ideal as a regent for the pills, if anything, they'll just lower the quality of other ingredients of the pill resulting in a worse pill. I could see sense if all the human prisoners were cultivators or had a decent amount of qi and their meridian acupoints were sealed off to prevent them from using their abilities, but a bunch of homeless people? Come on, I'm not even a cannibal, and I know that doesn't make sense.
