Him drinking blood doesnāt matter thatās just a thing that happens thatās like asking why we donāt see the dark mage drink water. We still havenāt had much backstory because he lost all his memories. He recovers the memories as he unlocks them. He is most likely an ancestor class vampire that was betrayed and stripped of his status later on
