is anyone else getting bored of the brother/sister/stepmom wanting to kill the mc always trope its so over used in manhwa almost all murim stories follow the same trope of family haters…. and the mc being hopelessly oblivious to it or prolonging to kill the bastards
I think so too, but you can hardly without when the mc evolve in a feodal hierachy. Coz climbing up the ladder then depend either on birth-rights / succession order / intrinsec power or political weight. So if you lag behind but your ambitions are greater than your moral compass….Eliminating rivals is their only way to win the Game of thrones.
