It’s not about realistic, it’s about tension. Mc one shot his enemy will either be boring or cool. As someone who read long story, it start to get boring the moment mc’s enemy no matter how strong die in 2 chapter. So realistically, reader are more likely to not drop a story filled with tension with a few break here and there.
i agree a bit slower pace is more fun to read retains the tension, less obvious and feels more realistic and enjoyable to read tbh, nothing wrong with an overpowered mc but it just loses the spark unless the plot or character depth has been established really well in the build in those kind of stories
The MC simply wasted his second life experience. His master got killed and was betrayed but why still act so naive?
If he healed himself in the first place then none of this will happen.
I’m hoping that the story will be more realistic.
