Why doesn’t MC just kill the big baddy first and then deal with the gluttony monster? This is something I always question when the villain sends out their minions and the MC is forced to go after the minions instead of the villain who is the source of the problem. In the process by going after the minions instead of the villain you are giving the villain the chance to cause even greater damage in the long run in comparison to just getting the villain first and then cleaning up after.
Especially in this sort of situation where MC was literally like 2 steps away from getting him.
Dk about other scenarios but in this scenario the gluttony was a seperated part of the villain’s body so killing him wouldn’t have killed gluttony so mc had to kill it to save the citizens so I think it’s justified.
