He’s part right though, numbers, strategy, and logistics have always been the backbone of warfare. But table top generals that learn from books and study and not from experience generally fail to grasp that it only takes having one of the three to significantly tip the scales in your favor. Brilliant tactics can only do so much if you lack the manpower and supplies to carry them to completion, but just men and supplies is worthless without the tactics to use them effectivly.
