In many ways, it's similar to how multiple crypto currencies surfaced and gained incredible value soon after Bitcoin's success, and then evaporated shortly after since there was no actual value in them.

Its not very hard to speak english. Most atimes it sounds weird when it comes out the mouth of a non native english speaker, not just because they cant fully speak it, but its because of the accent in which they speak from. This accent makes their pronunciation sound weird and unnatural. English is quite literally the easiest language to learn in my opinion, and in this case mc had already learned it in his past life. So it is much more believable that he can speak it now without needing to learn it once again.
